Our Other Dog

Wednesday, December 10, 2008

Yesterday I finally downloaded the pictures that were on my camera.  Many of them were from last week when we were still at the cabin.  I know I’ve never shared this with you, but we have another dog and his name is Rusty.  He’s our Northland watchdog.  He’s much less demanding than Molly.  He never barks, needs to be taken for walks and we don’t have to pick up after him.  He’s got sturdy, stout little legs with little risk of ACL problems.  His eyes and ears are always opened and his springy tail will wag in a stiff wind!  He’s a mutt and as loyal as they come.

Here’s Trusty Rusty the 24/7 watchdog.

Last week when we went to Hayward it was the first time we noticed how uneven the lanes got while going under this railroad bridge.  We both got quite a laugh out of it.  It’s not an illusion, it’s just really narrow if you’re in the right lane.

Enough silliness  this morning.  I’ve got to get ready to go back to Walmart for other things we discovered we’re out of and to the Post Office.  Have a great Wednesday everyone!  It’s cold here this morning, but the sun is shining, so I’m happy!
