I don’t really have anything to write about today, so I thought I’d let you know the noodles I made yesterday were excellent! Very easy to make and they tasted just like Grandma’s! It was a delicious pot of vegetable beef noodle soup and there’s plenty left over. Somehow my idea of making a small pot of soup didn’t happen. But we all know how much better soup is the second day.
I guess I’d better get going and do something around here today. I could do more laundry, decorate for Christmas, start on my cards or I could do some more online shopping today! We decided to get an electric mattress pad heater for our bed here at home. We have one at the cabin and we love it. If last night is any indication of what the rest of the winter is going to be like, I think it would be a very wise investment. When I got up this morning, it was around zero. We checked the temperatures up in the Northland and it was around 10 below. Welcome to winter, huh?

That soup sounds really good and yes it just seems to get better the second day. I agree with you, I think winter is here and isn't leaving for a few months. Stay warm.
