For the Birds

I knew I had it somewhere and I finally found it today. I've been searching for this recipe for some time now. I remember making it a couple years ago and the birds loved it.

Seed Bread
1 pkg cornbread mix

1 extra egg
1 cup birdseed

Prepare cornbread according to package directions, but add an extra egg and the birdseed. If mixture seems too dry, add a bit more water. Bake according to directions, cool then cut into small pieces and freeze until needed. Offer small chunks to birds on a platform feeder. They love it. (That's what the recipe says).
