For a couple years now I've been trying to learn how to bake a decent loaf of bread and I can finally say "I've got it"! With the help of my Kitchen-aid mixer and this recipe I'm now able to bake our own breakfast bread. It takes awhile for it to rise, but as the saying goes, "Good food takes time". It makes 2 loaves. It's excellent toast and that's about the only way we eat sliced bread in this house. The pans are in the oven baking right now. Can you smell that wonderful aroma of fresh baked bread? Mmmmm, I love that smell.

Making bread has been on my to-do list for awhile...I just might have to try it now! :-)
