An Unplanned Road Trip

Friday was a beautiful day…sort of the calm before the storm kind of day. We went to our favorite, out in the country dog walking spot to enjoy the springy, sunshiny day…complete with blue birds, turkeys, robins and sandhill cranes. Just a gorgeous morning. After our walk, we decided to go to Portage and have lunch at Pizza Hut and as usual, it was really good. Then, seeing how it was such a nice day I didn’t want to head straight home and neither did Jim. He needed a few things at Farm and Fleet, so we went over to Baraboo, did a little shopping and then stopped at one of Wisconsin’s most unusual Art exhibits…Dr. Evermor’s Art Park.
